    10 pounds lost!

I've lost TEN POUNDS! I don't know how long it took, maybe 2-3 weeks? But I've lost ten pounds, and it feels good.

I really haven't been doing much, but the main thing I've learned is to eat your food slow enough so you can tell when you're full. If you eat fast like I did, you can eat and eat and eat till you're STUFFED, but you need to be able to recognize FULL, not STUFFED.

Congrats! That is probably the hardest thing... losing weight. I have been in hockey since october and haven't lost a pound. maybe because i get muscles from it... who knows. last year i lost 15 pounds because the coach made us go on diets. this year not as much luck. but my mom always says that i am still young and i shoulden't worry about it.... but it would be nice.

yeah i always get skinnier during track season, bu ti usually dont actually lose pounds, sometimes i even gain a few, which is bad for me too even if it is muscle. but i guess its not really the number that counts but how you feel, or look

Yeah, my mom got this new exersize thing that she ordered, I know she will NEVER EVER use it, she is just that... DUMB and not motivated. I don't know why she spends so much money on this and then throws it in the closest. It's like an aerobics stepping routine thingy. Lol... I don't really know what it is.
