    distempter shot..

    can a distempter shot hurt your dog???caue like I just went yesturday to the vets to get the distempter shot for my 3 dogs...and 2 of them are in pain!!!theyt're belly hurts them..any ideas

    I would say that the distemper shot is one thing that every dog needs, Maybe its an alergic reactions, I would advise you to talk to the vet about it

    They always get sore from the shots. It's just a natural thing. (Or at least MOST dogs are sore after the shots)

    I'd speak with your vet about that.

    There is usually some discomfort near the injection area for a day or so after the vaccine. But they shouldn't have injected it near their belly.

    What symptoms are they showing? Vomiting? Diarrhea?
