We have snow (lots of pics)

The snow arrived here in our part of the world yesterday evening and even though with the rain today its rapidly disappearing, there was still enough left to take plenty of pictures of snow kitties. (Max was in sleeping and simply wouldn't entertain me! )

Here's a couple of the garden in all its glory:

Now for Candy and Tom - aren't blackies so easy to spot in the snow?

    more........

'Wait a minute, what was that noise? '

'Aha - something to munch on - time to open my jaws very very wide'

hehe that was fun - what can I do next??

Thank you for the beautiful pictures of black cats in the snow. Our cats stay inside, so they don't get to enjoy the snow. Sometimes our black one will dash outside before she remembers that she hates the outside, but that is about the limit of their outdoor experience. We do have a stray who has lived in and around our potting shed for two years, and who comes on our rooftop for food. She is a long-haired blue-grey, sort of Maine coon looking cat, with huge sea green eyes. She sits all curled up on the roof in her long fur, regardless of snow and ice, waiting for a dish of food or a friendly hello - but she stays wild.

I love kitties in the snow. It's so much fun to watch them explore and have so much fun.

BRRRRRRRR We're in our winter weather, 70 - 75 degrees! Beautiful photos!
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

Yup yup, and the snow made it to Belgium too now! It is snowing really hard. Everything stays on the ground, as it is feezing cold! They say it will melt tomorrow. I hope so, because our family has to make it to our house tomorow evening for a family dinner!

They remind me of Tubby 2 and his two Black Friends before Tubby2 moved in.
I would let the Found Cats out in the snow except they would stray.

Tom seems to be having fun exploring, but Candy looks rather stunned about all this white cold stuff in the garden.
Great pictures and I love your captions.
Candy is gorgeous and Tom has the cutest mustache.

I’m jealous about the snow. It’s supposed to be winter and we have summer temperatures up to 80F.

Thanks to BCBlondie for this great signature!

My cats never go out and I don't think they even looked out the window at the snow.
Candy reminds me of Shadow a RB cat of mine.

    Thanks everyone for your replies!

Actually Tom was prancing around as if it was the height of summer - he didn't seem to notice any difference in the conditions.

Candy though was doing that little flicky-shaky-paw dance as she walked through the snow..... Not her cup of tea at all.

Actually they were both back inside LONG before me while I pranced around for a bit more. Much more rain since so its all gone now. Hopefully you have the same result in Belgium so as not to ruin your plans!
