GW was set free today and immediately had to have his tail clipped because his releaser (CJ) left a little cookie (puke spot) for us. He is now hanging out in the peak of the ceiling with Wellian. They appear to get along quite well as they've been hanging together for quite a few hours now.

I thought maybe that Terry broke down and gave you a new cat for Christmas but I guess not.
Maybe you could try to use your surgery and recovery and troubles with the motor home as reasons to get another cat.
Wasn't Richard the one who was saying something about getting a cat or a diamond for Christmas?
Well, I just may be getting a new diamond for Christmas since I just lost the diamond from my wedding ring today.

Thanks everybody.

Getty died before we left home. He was laying on his side on the floor and just wouldn't float anymore, even when we put him right by the heat register. So we gave him a respectable burial in the recycle bin. I'm also sure Wellian and GW will be on the floor when we get home, especially since we turned the heat down. Hopefully they will come to life when we turn the heat back up. Otherwise, if I remember right, there were still two more that were still tethered and quite floaty, so hopefully they'll still be alive when we get home. If they last until 1/11/06, that will be 2 months since I got them - that's great for a balloon life.

Oh, and a few random balloon notes. I don't know how many times I saw some movement out of the corner of my eye and thought it was either P or CJ and starting talking to them, only to realize it was a balloon I saw instead. One night I woke up with Getty in bed with me. Scared the bejeezus out of me at first, 'til I realized it was only Getty. These balloons are really fun and I would recommend them to anyone.
