British Quarentine law change?

Hello all!
While eating breakfast this morning I had the news on, and heard that Britain is changing its animal quarentine laws for cats and dogs from Canada. The change is supposed to take place in June. Unfortunatly I didn't hear the whole report, and haven't heard anything else since, and I was wondering if any of our British members had heard anything.
I have a personal interest, as I had wanted to move to England last year, but didn't as Clyde and Scooter couldn't come with me.
