Signature pic mb or pixel size?

What is the size limit? I can't find that info anywhere in the FAQ's and want to put a Xmas pic of the M's in my sig and don't want it to be too big. Thanks!

I believe Karen said in another thread that the TOTAL filesize of ALL images in your signature should not exceed 25KB.

So if you have more than one image, both image file sizes added together should be no more than 25KB!!

I don't believe there is a resolution restriction, however, just file size

Ah, but Jessika, then you'd be more than double the limit since your avatar is almost 30KB

Karen has said many times that the limit is 25KB, but it is not written anywhere.

I said signature. As far as I know, your avatar is not part of your signature. :P

And your avatar has its own set of limitations, which I didn't think was included in the 'signature' limitations.

Thanks. I like to keep my signature file small as it makes it easier to navigate the boards. I also try to consider those still on dial-up as I know how painful that can be.
