    Sundin pics...

Sundin has been here a week tonight. He still won't let me touch him, but he's getting closer and closer.

This is how I see him most often..standing and watching me.

or just starting to bark at me! I walked away once when he barked at me--big mistake--so now he tries barking a few times every day to see if it will work again. (it won't) He's eating, drinking and gets along fine with all the other dogs he's met. I just need to get him used to me.

I see his ears are back, but his eyes don't have that fear/mistrust in them that they did the first day. You are definitely winning him over. By Wednesday he will be eating out of your hand.

That snow may be what gets him to trust me fastest. The dog sled comes out tomorrow! I don't think he's going to like getting left behind! He might put his fears aside to for something he's familiar with--like pulling!

I have every confidence that he will be your biggest baby yet once he conquers his fears. Looks like that won't be long now. Come on Sundin, you've landed in doggie heaven on earth, trust me!!!!

He's very handsome, and, so leggy! It must be such a weird thing for him, not understanding really what's going on. I am sure he'll love it and you very soon!

Come on Sundin....trust your new mommy! Trust me, it's in your best interest.

I'm looking forward to hearing how well he does when you take the others pulling.

Seeing all that snow is making me cold.

Not really a rescue. He came from a friend of mine, another musher. He's never been abused.

I agree with Ginger's mom, I noticed his eyes right away & they are nothing like the stares he was giving you the other day. He's warming up. Hopefully that sled will put all that behind him.
