Ich! *sigh*

I was so excited about finally setting up my female community.. and now I just discovered that they have Ich. I've been really lucky so far and only had one Betta get sick so I'm not sure what the best way to treat ich is.

My cousin gave me a pack of Ick Clear. Do I need to do water changes with it? Or just leave it like that? Aquarium salt? Do I need to raise the temperature?
