I don't think any owner with a nice show dog would just give it to some one for money. They'll either pay a handler to show them, or co-own the dog with some one. Are you talking about co-owning? You will need to most likely pay the owner/breeder and you'll mostly keep the dog and show them, and the owner/breeder will occasionally show the dog and/or breed them later on.
Never heard of leasing a dog but I have heard of co-owning dogs.
