    Dr Cohen Diet

Has anyone here heard about or know about this diet?

It is apparently huge here in Australia now, and just wanted some feedback from anyone who knows about it.

    Cheers

Surely it is what she was speaking of. I signed up for the newsletter, just to learn a little more. I guess a little knowledge never hurts, especially when one is dieting!

    Yes that is it -
I know of quite a few people that have lost so much weight on it, but one of the things they mention is that you must do no stronger exercise other than walking - that is a problem for me, and I swim and do Karate 4 times a week ...... so, wanted to find out more from anyone who may have done it AND exercised (because all the people I know are COUCH POTATOES!!!).

    Thanks tho

    Michelle,

I hear about all sorts of diets, and they all say, moderate exercise with all of them. It helps the diet work with exercise. You wouldn't see much success in dieting if you didn't exercise.

That's what I thought, but the people who have done it were adamant ......
