Ragdolls are a breed & they have long hair & big fluffy tails & are just adorable. Pull up the web site on the internet & can read more about them. Hope this helps.

I THINK,THAT RAGDOLLS,ARE A OFF SHOOT,OF THE PERSIAN CAT,LONG HAIRED,AND GENTLE.
A PUR BRED RAGDOLL,WILL NOT PUT,UP A FIGHT,IF YOU PICK THEM UP.AND CAN OFTEN,SADLY BE MAULED,TO DEATH,BY CHILDREN,BECAUSE,THEY HAVE NO DEFENSIVE CAPABILITY!!

My tabby won't fight either but she will go hide if she can get away. She is so sweet and I worry if she would put up a fight if outdoors and had another cat to attack her.
