    Doing a happy dance! :D

My son, JJ, and his friend, Sion, have finally got a deal for their magazine and I have a copy of the first issue right in front of me.
They have had this idea going for a long, long time ( I still have copies of their first tries, printed locally) and they have worked long and hard to get backing. Well, now it's finally happened. I am so very happy for them both!!
    Good luck fellas!!

    Chris

I think there will be very few PTalkers who would be interested in the mag (rock music) but here is a link to the website if you want to take a gander. Zero ... Oh, if you do, I must warn you that if you then click on some of the links, that some of the content has a smattering of bad language.

That site is great, looks like an awesome magazine. Will I be able to get it at Barnes and Noble? I know they have an excellent selection...

Kari, I don't know. I do know that they have a deal for 10,000 copies to be distributed in the U.S.A - which is wonderful - but exactly to where I don't know. I'll try and find out.

EDIT Just checked with my son and the mags are just going out to the big Borders Music Stores in the big cities, New York etc. Being a new venture it is on a trial run, which is to be expected I guess.

Congratulations to your son & his friend.

I love the cover of the magazine. It's very eye catching. I hope alot of people buy it. Who knows, perhaps it's the next Rolling Stones magazine!

Wonderful news Chris and congrats to both of them. I just know that this is going to pay off big time!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!
