    Perkins' Newspaper Article!!

    I came across something that I will always hold near and dear to my heart today. Back in March 1998, I entered my RB boy Perkins in a pet dress up contest and we got our picture put in a local newspaper. I believe I mentioned this article on his COTD blurb. I found the article today and scanned it for you all to see... how I miss my sweet boy.
