Most Recent Rescues ... Mom and Babies ....

My future son-in-law went and picked up this mom and litter of SEVEN babies from a co-workers home who was bragging about how he was going to destroy them! I wasn't really planning on taking more in right now ... but how could I say no? Well, they were only about one week old when I got them .... these pictures were taken a few days ago ... just after their little peepers started opening. I need to get some more, as they are getting more active every day now. Can you believe that there are SIX solid orangies ? Only one single brown tabby in the bunch! As far as I can tell they are all male, except I'm pretty sure that one of the orangies is a female ... which is very rare. There were originally two I wasn't sure about, but I am now just thinking one. Time will tell for certain. Ok... enought rambling .. on with the pics....

Adorable kitties. Mom is pretty. Very rare indeed that an organie is a female. Everytime I see an orangie baby I smile because that would of been what RB Butterscotch looked like as a baby. When he came into our lives he was a young adult.
Owned by my 8 precious furry kids... My 3 daughters Cindy & Abby & Aly and 5 sons Skinny, Stephen, Carson, Fuzzmuzz and Franklin.
Owned by two special canine sons Coco and Snoopy and two canine daughters, Sadie and Gretchen

Bless you for taking this lovely momma in with her adorable babies; I shudder to think what could have happened if it weren't for your big heart.

They are too cute for words. Nothing like little orangies!
Loving meowmie to Archy & Binky (RIP my sweet boy 10/13/10)
