Sweet Juno!!! Too cute and fluffy!!! I guess it is a persian thing to have the little pink tongue sticking out!!! Our Raven(COTD 12/9/04)does the same thing!!!! Sounds like your proud guardian, brother and Mom did a good job appealing to Dad's heart, and finally he agreed that no matter the cost or the trip it would take to bring you home, you were most worthy!
