Well I followed the advice about Tiki becoming less social and by golly it's working!
I'm not sure if that is what's working or it is because he is done with ear mite medslol or a combination of them but we sure are happy that it is working.
He has not shown one sign of anger at all in a few days. He's still a little shy but does come up to you for pets sometimes now.
Meko & him can now get about a foot away from each other before the hissing starts. And they are just light hisses and they don't swat at each other anymore! Woo Hoo.
