    I just don't understand!!! The unfortunate thing is that if he were crossing into Canada, we'd probably let him in too!!!

    when they stopped him for qestioning,,,, he claimed to be in the US forces,,, WHY they didnt check that out I will never know,,,,,

    The murders happened not too far from here too.... the victims daughter found her fathers head in the kitchen,,, EEEK!!! Poor girl!!!

    I don't blame to border patrol. They did what was legal and then some with the questioning. If the laws were changed then the border patrol would have more power. BTW moosmom, crossing from Canada to the U.S. is not illegal. If the person is not wanted for arrest in either place the border patrol has no legal reason to detain them. Scary but true.

    Yep. They run a background check and if you are not wanted for anything, they can't legally detain you.

    He has a very disturbed look to him.... I couldn't look at the picture long.

    Walking around with the weapons and in bloody clothes..he was obviously not caring if he got caught.

    So sad. I feel for the family.
