Help, stuck on a name I can't use

I found the PERFECT registered name for my pup but it is too long.

I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how I can shorten it up, or even transform into a similar saying?

It has to be 28 characters long, INCLUDING the kennel name & spaces.

Rising Star's Left Hand gets Lucky
thats how I want it but I can only shorten it to 30 characters see:
RisingStar lefthand gets lucky

So I am guessing I'll have to somehow find another name that is similar.


You see my dream name is "right hand man" but thats the dads name so I'm trying to get a name that is similar/related to that. If you have other ideas feel free to share them as well.

"gets" halts me when I I try saying the name, how about :

Rising Star's lefthand lucky which is exactly 28 characters

Edit-are spaces counted as well? that is how I was always tought so this is 28 charcters spaces included

Right of Way keeps comming to mind, for months. I'm not TOO fond of it so I don't know why it keeps coming to mind.

- I thought it was 25.
"The AKC permits thirty-seven (37) dogs of each breed to be assigned the same name."

I found sites about akc registered names that list anywhere from 25-30 characters are allowed. I also found that some say that spaces are not included etc... etc... well most were incorrect. I called akc directly last month & spoke with my breeder and both said that only 28 characters are allowed.
I know that they permit so many dogs to have the same name, but I like to have a unique names for my pets.

Sorry it took so long to reply I didn't have a chance to get on the net all weekend.
Nope, I haven't picked a name yet. Once I saw the pics of the pups I wasn't sure if I still wanted a name similar to that. Now I'm trying to come up with some other names. No particular relation or menaing to them.
