Please pray for my friend

I just found out yesterday, that my friend Katie had been hit by a car. I don't know the details of it, like if it was a hit-and-run or whatnot. All I know is that she was thrown ten feet and that one side of her face is completely smashed in. She had to have plastic surgery.

She's always been very outgoing and never did care what she looked like or what she wore -- so I'm really hoping she will be okay once she sees the damage. I haven't gone to see her yet, but I signed a card and I'm going to visit her this weekend. She's still in the hosptial.

I am at school right now, but I have a picture of her at home that I will post here. Please hope she will be okay.

I'll be praying for Katie. It is really hard when those things happen, especially in high school/college years. At least she is still here... thank God for that.

Katie is out of the hospital! Her face looks great, you can't even tell anything was wrong with it. The doctors did a great job. She had to have surgery on her arm, and she is in a wheelchair, but she's alive and that's what matters.
