The Brats had a "nip" party!

Well, I spent the weekend collecting on the road for the shelter and Monday we started painting the outside of the house. I'm sure our neighbors are very glad! Last year we power washed a bunch of the paint off and then it rained and rained so we never got it painted. Unfortunately this old house is wood slats and the WHOLE thing has to be brushed!!!

Since we have been so busy this week I decided the Brats needed a party so I pulled out the nip and the party was on!

Magoo wasn't interested and sat off to the side like he was "watching" them wondering what all the fuss was about.


Now the babies cracked me up!
Rosco seemed to have issues with his back leg. It suddenly was no longer a part of his body and had a mind of it's own!


Abigail really had me rolling! She suddenly developed a strange and unusual love for the table leg!!!






She had me rolling in the floor!

Looks like a really fun time! I love watching cats get messed up on the nip. Doogie likes to roll, too. He purrs like crazy.

OMG!! I am rolling and laughing my butt off! Lisa, that is so FUNNY!! Ya'll are going to force me to do it too, aren't you! I just got to much to do to spend all day laughing at my babies and taking pictures!!!!!........ well, maybe I can fit it in sometime today since Giz is so interested in that tin I have the catnip in. Sounds like a good idea! The kitchen floor needs cleaning anyway and that would help motivate me. I never have just sprinkeled it on a floor like that and it looks like that is something I need to try.

Ha ha ha, seeing all those "stoned" cats, made me laugh out loud!!!! what a great idea for a party. I might organize one too for my cats . Any other cats interested??

Your brats are just soooo silly. Pete covered in the nip had me laughing hard until I saw poor Rosco with his leg contorted then poor Magoo....I can just imagine what was running through his mind

Me too! Those durn body parts just don't cooperate when you're all nipped out. Reminds me that I have some dried nip at home that hasn't been out in awhile either.....I know Peanut likes to roll in it like yours were doing, but I have no idea what CJ will do.

just by seeing how much fun your brats were having I decided to throw my girls their FIRST nip party and OH MY my Lilith who is normally such a lady isn't a very good "stoner" she gets mean. LOL all she wanted to do was beat up on her sister. She rolled for a bit but once Vixen decided to get in on the action she turned into a demon. And all poor little vixen wanted to do was cuddle. LOL...very entertaining though. Hubby almost peed is pants. LMAO think I may do this more often.

Here is one of Fifi. She is sitting on top of Mommy's butt. I put nip on Cindy's back and Fifi was happy to roll all over the place and wound up in the warm spot.

Dual duty this. Fifi got her nip and Cindy got a "back rub" that is not easily forgotten.

Those pictures had me in stitches too! Nothing like a good nip party to get everyone all riled up. I do the same thing, just throw it down by the handful everywhere and let the herd go crazy for the day. Makes a mess, but who cares as long as the kitties have fun. Rosco (bye bye batonga wongas) and Abigail are so funny! My dirt pile in the back yard that once was a garden box, has catnip springing up everywhere now. I've been picking a little here and there for the gang, and they love it!
