    I'm surrounded!

    And loving every minute of it.

    Jack has started this habit that whenever anybody sits in "the cave" (corner of a pit couch) he immediately drops everything and comes up for a snuggle. If I'm just laying there watching TV, he will stay until I get up. This is starting to take the place of my and Tubby's nightly snuggles, and I couldn't be happier. Tubby used to have to be on me whereas Jack will not lay on me for anything - prefers to be next to me, but that's ok. At least I'm getting my nightly stress relief again.

    Last night, the kitties were feeling more "sticky" since Terry was out of town and all their attention had to come from me, so I'm in "the cave" doing my homework (ok, ok, taking a quick peek at PT in between homework), with Jack laying next to me....


    ...and Peanut taking the high road and laying under her heat lamp on the other side of me.

    Oh Debbie, that is wonderful! Cracker Jack is looking so content and feeling more and more part of the family, and Peanut is certainly enjoying life too.

    I can think of far worse things than being surrounded by those two!

    I was gone for a few days and the E's were crazy when I returned home last night. Sat by my bag.....then ran upstairs with me. Didn't want to let me out of sight....

    Shame my husband doesn't have the same reaction....

    Debbie, that precious CJ has really settled in. He looks so happy and content. Who could not LOVE that face!!!
    Peanut is precious, as usual. I just adore your little honey baked ham.
