    DVD burners??

    Does anyone here have a DVD burner? If so what are the best sites to download movies, best programs to use to burn them any tips/advice you can give would be greatly appreciated.

    just google for the info u want. & making ur own "backup" copies r always better.

    Because copying movies is illegal. But u can make backups

    Also promoting copying in a form isn't too good. but nothing wrong with promoting backing up

    You're right on that - promoting copying is wrong, but as long as you say "backing up" it seems that no one cares, although essentially, you are still copying. Our representative when we ordered our new computer last summer couldn't tell us which programs to download to burn DVD "backups", but said to ask around, etc. I had several co-workers who pointed me in the right direction, and there are sooo many tutorials out there that cover burning DVDs. DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink are some of the best free "backup" tools out there.
