What breed is my cat & she listens to instruction, verbal or hand signal

I would like to be sure what breed my cat is.

As well Samantha does some incredible things, which I've written up on a simple web page. You may copy/paste this link to the site:

I am able to give Sam fairly complex instructions, which she will adhere to. At a different time I can alter the instructions slightly and restate the order of what I want her to do or parameters to stay within. Sam adheres to instruction most of the time from where she cannot go when she goes outside, to not killing mice when she brings them to me. She will sit, bow her head like she was praying before she eats, lay down, and a host of other things upon instruction.

Sam is a salvaged cat found during a blizzard in Winter Park. She'd been living in the wild by what we were able to ascertain.
