Wish my baby luck!

Hi all

My baby Twinkle is going to be 'done' tomorrow. I hate it when my cats have to go to the vets. It will be strange to not having her running around the house tomorrow.

As some of you know, my Sooty is not well. Thought i would update you, she is still eating, drinking, playing and most important she is still purring. Her growth on her face is getting bigger, but at the moment she is still ok. She is sleeping a lot more though. I will just have to keep an eye on her.

Anyway thats it for now, please pray that all goes well for Twinkle tomorrow.

I understand Poo!! My two are being "done" right now Tomorrow is your turn. Do they have to fast tonight?? I had to take up food at 6pm yesterday. My big kitties did NOT like that!!

Yes my babies can only eat until 6 tonight They will not be pleased. Just before i go to sleep i normally give them some treats, so they will all have to go without tonight. They will probably sulk and I will have to go without cuddles tonight. Never mind I will spoil them rotten as soon as i can.

Hope all goes well for your babies deb. I'm sure they will be fine.

I'm sure Twinkle will make out just fine...but I'm with you, I always worry when my babies are at the vet as well.

I will continue to keep Sooty in my thoughts and prayers.

Today is the day for Twinkle's surgery! I hope all goes well, Nicki. Can you update us when everything is over and Twinkle is home??
Do they keep her overnight?? Lizzie is acting like she is sore - walking carefully and laying down alot. Not coming around much - and she refused treats this morning. Robbie seems fine.
Will be helping you worry today!!

Hi all

Thanks for all you prayers. I dropped Twinkle off this morning at the vets, and they have just called to say all went well and i can pick her up shortly - yipppeee I will keep her quiet tonight and give her a little food and hopefully she will be ok.

Glad to hear that all went ok for Lizzie and Robbie Deb. I hope Lizzie is back to her normal self soon.

Kim, Sooty has a very nasty cancerous growth on her face. We made the tough decision to not put her through the ordeal of an operation (she would loose half her nose and her eye) or chemo/radiotherapy. As my vet has said the cancer is likely to spread. It's tough but, she is still happy at the moment, so we are enjoying what time we still have with her.

Anyway must go now, its nearly time to pick Twinkle up!! Will keep you all updated as to how she is getting on.

Great that Twinkle does not have to be gone for long! I dropped Liz at 7:30 and though she was done within the hour - I had to wait until after 4pm to get her home! Made for a long day of worry (my specialty)

I hope Twinkle recovers quickly! Right now, Lizzie is cozied up on a pillow with a little warmer pack

Well Twinkle is now home. She has had a little to eat and drink, then she proceeded to do her best to pull her stitches out. So I have had to put a collar on her, she did not like this much, but she is slowly getting used to it! Here are some piccies
