My boy Orlando..he's broken up with Kate. It's official. There was never an engagement, it was a rumor, I believe generated from a tabloid.

Hollywood sweethearts Orlando Bloom and Kate Bosworth have split up after more than two years together, their publicist confirms to PEOPLE.

"They did decide to take some time apart due to their upcoming work schedule, and they remain very close," says their rep, Robin Baum. "It was a mutual decision."

I feel bad for them. I know, it's odd coming from me, especially since I was sad after I found out they were 'engaged'.

I hope he isn't feeling too bad.
