    Tex

How wonderful to see a US Dane with real ears! How can anyone say cropped looks better than this?!

I could not agree with you more! I just can't stand the look of sliced off ears! Yuck! What a beautiful dog Tex is and hats off to his loving owners I would have thought those pitbulls were great looking dogs had they not had almost the whole ear cut off. I am not sure where the apeal is there, but it's ugly in my opinion. Oh well, they are not my dogs and it's not my decision.

    @ Karen. You're too funny!

Love the face on that dog. Just don't know if I'd want to be the pooper scooper.

I can understand the issue of uncut ears for companion pet owners, but it's a different story if you are a breed of competition comfirmation dogs. AKC allows the standard for each breed to be voted and set by the breed clubs. Unless you have a voice in that forum, and can vote in a change, you have no choice but to comply with the set standard in order to compete.

Get all the people against cropping ears to boycott shows and write protest letters to the KC
