I Hope you Dance - LeAnn Womak (My mom and I danced to this at my wedding...it reminds me so much of our relationship. EVERY time I hear it, I call her crying.)

Angel - Sarah McLaughlin - It reminds me so much of the grandmother I lost. EVERY time its on, I think of her and cry my little eyes out. Oh how I miss her.

The only one I can think of now is My Heart Will Go On by Celine Dion.

I LOVE that song, but it also makes me choke back tears everytime I listen to it..

I'll catch you - The Get Up Kids
Valentine - The Get Up Kids

What a wonderful world - Louis Armstrong.....

This one has something behind it.

Way back in elementary school, we had a lady who worked in the office. Her name to us was "Mrs. Patty" ... Patricia Bower. She loved cows.

Whenever one of use little kids was upset/sick, we'd go to the office. Her desk was right by the nurses office so we always stopped and talked to her. She'd show us her newest "cow things" and always make us smile.

She was truely a wonderful lady and a huge part of all of our young lives. I'm not sure how many other kids remember her or think of her, but I do constantly. In tears during my 5th grade year, we had to say good bye to her. We danced around the May Pole, her most favorite thing, as we listened to "What a wonderfun world..." her favorite song.

To make a long and sappy story short.. it always makes me think of her.. in tears and in smiles.

~Kay, Athena, Ace, Kiara, Mufasa, & Alice!
"So baby take a axe to your makeup kit
Set ablaze the billboards and their advertisements
Love with all your hearts and never forget
How good it feels to be alive
    And strive for your desire"

Yes, I sent the lyrics of this to each of my kids. They think I am a sentimental fool, though.

Gracies's Mommy: "Remember When" Alan Jackson is one of hubby's and my songs along with "Forever and For Always" Shania Twain

"Perfect" - Alanis Morrisette (I think she spells her name that way)

"You're My Little Girl" - by a band called Fish

    "Whiskey Lullaby" -Paisley/Krauss

and the lyrics to a song called "Simply Nothing" that a friend told me about

    A rousing Star Spangled Banner.

With a fly over of jets.

I can do without the "Pop star and recording artist" that hits every note on the scale and sounds like they are gargling with gasoline.
