I coul<--n't get it to work either just a tip my key is broken or stuck an< where i put the arrows is the missing letter it's the d key quite annoying if you ask me u must've <i< something wrong or something I <on't know i <on't attach files

Works for me!! you have to have QuickTime or QuickTime Alternative in order for it to work.
