Gracie goes into the vet today.

We will be leaving in about 2 hours to take her in. Will you all please wish us luck. She really loves people so I hope that the visit goes okay. I got a sample of her poo last night to take with me today so they can test it as well. She did have worms before we got her, which it was taken care of but I just want to make sure that they are gone.

Well Gracie was scared at the vets office. She is on medication for worms as well. She tried to make friends with a little beagle but the beagles mother wouldn't allow it.

alot of ppl freak when Lucy wants to make friends with thier smaller pets,,, I think its so stupid that they freak,, but we know her,, they dont.... that plus they obviously listen to the classic stories of dobermans,, just like pitties and rotties etc etc....

When people do that they actually send a signal to their dog that there is danger near and more likely to cause a problem than if they had let the dogs naturally meet and say hi. But maybe it wasn't that she was afraid, perhaps the beagle was sick or doesn't have its shots yet.. or maybe she was afraid that Gracie didn't. Still if it was something like that, you would think she would say that to you so you wouldn't feel offended. Glad the visit went okay
