Okay so back in Sept of 2004 the shelties and I took a road trip from Alberta Canada to Rock Springs Wyoming to visit Shanna (Twisterdog).

Of course me being me I just now got around to taking the pictures off my camera, re-sizing them, and uploading them to the net.

I will only post 20 of the 164 pics I took.

Anyways...to the pics.

I snapped this one while driving. I was just outside of Lethbridge Alberta, about 2 hours from the border.

On the drive down I discovered rest stops along the side of the interstate (is that what y'all call the highways??). I love rest stops!! They are awesome. All of them had pet areas too.

Here the shelties are getting a nice drink of water and a chance to stretch their legs at a rest stop in Montana.

We stopped in Butte Montana overnight, 8 hours of driving later.
The shelties made themselves right at home in the hotel.

Finally after 8 more hours of driving we made it to Shanna's house. Where we were immediately mauled....LOL Just Kidding.

I was hoping I would be able to adopt Jack from her, but things didn't work out at home on my end. Jack and the shelties did get to spend extra time together though.

We also loaded up all of the dogs (except for Lacie and Queenie, who are too old for such a long walk, and Pepper, who wasn't feeling well at the time) and took them out to run on the prarie.

Everybody walk single file now....

All of Shanna's dogs (minus Lacie, Queenie and Pepper) in one shot.

(More coming).........
