Sometimes... =(

I hate to start this thread, but it's really becoming more obvious. Not to
start a whole "pity party", as some would call it, because that's not why I'm
making this. I kind of feel "Left Out" of Pettalk, because I'm fairly new.
Whenever I start a thread with pictures, or a video, or something, I
sometimes get 1 reply, maybe 2 or 3, and not even many hits, while
someone else might make a thread at the same time, and get 15 replies in
the next 10 minutes.

I know a lot of people here have been here for a looong time, and are really
good friends, and that's okay. But that's one of the reasons I don't like
those "Which PTer do you admire the most", or "Which PT dog do you
admire the most", because niether me or any of my dogs ever get
mentioned, and it kind of hurts.

I'm not saying anybody here has been mean to me, but I'm just
saying that sometimes I feel like no one cares about my threads, or maybe
just me. Like, sometimes, I'll have a thread in General for a loooooong
time, and then finally I'll get a reply and It'll just say Something like:
"move this to pet general."

So, my point is not to make everyone "feel bad" for me, just to tell
everyone how I felt. This thread is kind of relating to the one Tina made no
too long ago.

I try to make friends. Maybe I try too hard.

I feel like that sometimes too. Even know I have been here since May I still don't know anyone hardly. Me threads don't get replied to a lot either. Like 'How Many What’s is in a Whatnow? *game*' I started. The old one had hundreds of posts- Mine only has a couple. Is it because it was made by someone that has been there longer? Like you said- I don't want anyone to feel bad for me. It is just how I feel sometimes.

another thing is, Some people Ignore my PMs (not saying who), and sometimes if someone makes a new thread, you can tell that people totally flock to it, just because of the user that posted it. once I cross-posted a thread in General and Dog General, bumped both of them up 4 times, and still got no replies. It just doesnt feel good when youre ignored. I hope no one will jump down my throat for this, and I'm hoping it wont start any fights. Maybe I'll make more friends as I go along, maybe I wont. Maybe I should leave, and stop trying.
