colored eggs???

my mom was telling me about this kind of chicken that lays colored eggs. does anyone know what kin of chicken this is?

I don't know what they are called, but we buy eggs from a man that has a few. Several different shades of green and brown.

Not really sure, I've only come across breeds that lay grey, white, tan, and brown eggs. But those are colors, too.lol. But I do know some lay green, bluish, speckled, and what not eggs. Ours only lay tanish eggs. Anyways, best of luk!
