All in good fun, I'm going to base my answers on looks.

Yes, I'm bored so I quickly found some pics:

Kerry would be a Standard Schnauzer (because of his height and long face .. and the way the Schnauzer is groomed with the beard, it makes their faces look long too).



Bush would be a Bulldog (Hehe, it was all I could think of).



And by sheer coincidence, I searched for 'bulldog' on Google images and there popped up a picture on the first page of Bush's dad with a bulldog! Hehe!

Bush possibly a husky, but difenately not a stubborn one. I was thinking more of a schnauzer also for Kerry because of the long face.

As for Bush, probably a mastiff.
