Most "picture fonts" Zapf Dingbats on the Mac for example, that have hearts in them, paw prints you can just draw your self!

All these fonts are zipped which I can't use on this as my sister says....is she right? I have Windows XP!

A lot of things you download are zipped. Just open the zip and extract the font to your desktop. Then go to your control panel (under start) and open the folder called 'fonts' just drop the font file you extracted there. (I don't rememeber if this is the same for XP..I'm to lazy to try it on my comp with xp lol) As for the circle..there are tools in PSP to use..don't remember what it's called..again, to lazy to open it XD haha

I used PSP 7.. Theres the option for the 'Circle' tool. That might be why.
As for PSP 9, im not sure how to use it.

One more thing....how can you make borders so they are pretty and decorated instead of 1 color?
