    Diabetes--HELP!

One of our ten cats was just diagnosed with diabetes. This is a whole new ballgame for us.

Besides the obvious dietary changes and medicine, we are wondering how we'll manage this in a multi-cat household. Usually, we leave out dry food so everybody can just eat when they want to. Guess we won't be able to do that anymore!

Anybody with experience in this situation? Or any diabetic experiences would be appreciated!

Welcome to Pet Talk. I'm sorry but I have had no experience in this but I think if you do a search you will find some threads on the subject. Good luck.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!
