can I still have a blinkie or any other picture under my name even if I don't have a picture of my animals?

I'm pretty sure you can, I've seen other people do that and I do that. LOL

Yes, you can. You open Edit Profile under User CP and put it in there. Upload to a server - like Imagestation or Photobucket and put it in Img tags under Signature.

Oh, remember to keep it about 25k or under. That's the rules for signatures on this board.
