    No more ferals here! :o)

I haven't posted anything about this ... but the past few months, I have been working really hard on getting my last two "scaredy cats" into the house with the others. Well, I am purroud to announce, SUCCESS!!! In this picture, taken just hours ago, you will see the last two feral girls, Marmy and even Bonnie, who was a hide and seek garage kitty for 2 years!!!

CONGRATULATIONS! It just takes time and patience and most ferals will come around!
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

Wow! Way to go! Well done you and I'm proud of Bonnie and Marmy for overcoming their fears, too.

    What a wonderful picture!

I still want to come visit your house with all those gorgeous kitties. Now maybe Marmy and Bonnie will play hostess too!

YIPPEE!!! Isn't a great feeling Kim? I think those are some of my happiest moments with mine. Especially when it happened with Lucky. He lived in the house for 18 months before I ever really got to touch him without him bolting. Now he is a love muffin and goes from my lap to daddys lap and back again. There was a time I never thought I would see the day.
The trust of a feral is hard earned and when you finally get it it's wonderful!!!
