    The squirrel's been caught red-handed

I was wondering what's been happening to my hibiscus plant because the leaves are falling off and some of it had died. I even drug it out onto the middle of the deck just in case it was something where it was located.

Yesterday Jazz began to "ack, ack" and paw the door and this was what I saw. Sorry about the blurry reflection in the glass.

Later when he was finished he even had the nerve to come up to the door and mock poor Jazz. She was devastated that she couldn't get him. She's been looking for him ever since.

Poor Jazz! It's tough to protect your stuff when a glass door gets in the way! My kitties complain about the windows blocking them from the birds all the time!

The squirrels around here chase the birds away and eat the plants and last year when dad went out to chase the dern thing away *one big male in particular was causing the majority of the issues*, it just stood on the fence and hissed at him! Are the squirrels there just as nasty? If they are, I don't blame Jazz one bit for being upset!!!
