Cool! Great pic!

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
I miss you
I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.
Fur as dark as the night.
Join me on this flight.
Paws of love that follow me.
In my heart you'll forever be.
[/SIZE]
How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.

Soon you'll be able to get your own action shots... 'cause that's all Clipse does when he's off leash....

That is a really cool picture. I can see why it is your new favorite.

What a great pic!!! That dog of yours is always flying, isn't he?Pretty soon he'll be growing some wings!!
hehe
Great action shot! I wish my camera was better (or maybe my problem is the photographer) but anything I take is a blurred mess.
Can you explain how you made such a great shot?
There was a thread a while back asking this very question?![]()
Thanks for the link to that thread.Originally posted by Freckles

A true *blurr* of the background,
with the main subject *sharp* and in focus -
happens when the camera is moved - to follow the Moving Subject. The difference in the fixed bacground and the Movement (or "panning") of the camera causes the background to *blurr*.
If the camera movement exactly matches the speed and direction of the subject (dawg)... the Dawg will appear frozen and sharp on a blurred background.
If the camera movement is slightly slower (or faster), or in a different direction than the dawg is moving; BOTH the subject Dawg AND the background will appear blurred, but to different degrees.
The effect is more pronounced if the subject and camera are moving left or right horizontally; the
effect is much less if the subject is moving toward or away from the camera.
Take LOTS of practice shots - digital "film" is nice and CHEAP!
Don't like the shot?
*Erase* it and shoot another!
*Thanks Ashley*
