    Oz's DreamWeaver Video

I am so proud of this guy. In the world scheme of things, this is a silly insignificant thing, but for us two, it's a pretty big accomplishment. Oz is finding the entry to the weaves (the dog always has to enter on the right side of the first pole) and then weaving through the poles all by himself. No lure. Yeah!

Here ya go... my lil' DreamWeaver...

    Whoohoo!!! Way to go, Oz!

That video is aweomse, Par! That is a big accomplishment. The weaves are probably the toughest obsticle to teach!

Prince can't do the weaves by himself. Hopefully one day he will learn how though!

That was so cool. Would love to see more. I love watching the dogs do that on tv. They do it so fast!

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
    I miss you

I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.

Fur as dark as the night.
    Join me on this flight.
Paws of love that follow me.
In my heart you'll forever be.

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.

Thanks y'all! Collie nose nudges to everybody!

hey Dogz! Oz got the weaving part pretty fast, but finding the entry on his own took almost a year. I didn't drill it or anything. We'd practice just going through the weaves a few times a week. Then about a month ago, I got turned around and started to send him on the wrong side of the pole and he corrected me. Knew he had it then. Now we just have to work on doing it from different angles, speeds, obstacles. Gosh, there is just a never ending list of stuff to learn as far as this agility stuff goes.

You and Prince keep at it. Can't wait to see y'alls video one day.

hola dukedogsmom! Yeh I love to see the Border Collies weave. Oz has such a long body, he'll never be even remotely as fast as them. For his size though, he's not half bad.
