    He has recinded the order. Pressure from his daughter and petlovers (including other politico's that have pets) forced his hand and he says he's sorry and was ill advised.

    I seem to remember a story of him running over the family pet with his Hummer. Anyone who drives a Hummer must have real feelings of inadequacy. Good for his daughter.
