    Mimi says "hi"

I'm still experimenting with this new camera, but thought you might like to see our "Queen Bee", Mimi, who will turn 15 years old next month. She was watching me take pictures in the backyard.

She looks so relaxed and happy in her back yard. Great picture!

Mimi is a special girl, for sure, and sometimes I feel she gets the "short end of the stick" at Pet Talk because she is such an easy girl. Butter has all sorts of hilarious antics. The dogs do too, but Mimi just plods along with me, as she always has. She's been with me since before Helen was born!!!! Wow!!!! And she's still going strong, with not a single health issue, eats well, although she tops out about 6 pounds at her heaviest. She still rules this house and everyone, human, feline and canine have the utmost respect for her!!!!

She's a pretty old kitty but still so beautiful. She looks so comfy laying in the grass. What a nice picture.

    She is so pretty.

Hope the new camera means we will be seeing more pictures on the cat side?

You're right Logan, we haven't seen or heard much of Mimi lately, so it's good you got a camera and can post pictures now. She's a sweet and pretty girl, I hope she'll be up to some antics you can post about. ..... Don't forget Butter!

Mimi I have always thought you were beautiful and quite the sophisticated kitty. Every time your mom has shared pictures of you (which haven't been many! ) you have always looked elegant. Of course the clowns (...ahem...Butter...ahem) always seem to capture the limelight in any given situation! I know you have seen a lot of changes in your years, you special lady, but I know you have handled them all in stride (Gosh, even birds are living inside your home! What will you mom think of next!) and all the while maintaining that girlish figure! I hope to see more of your canine and feathery 'siblings' now that your mommy has that flashy thing. Maybe even a few more of that Bad Boy Butter!
