The cat door works beautifully!

I bought a flap door for a window for the kittens to use to go out to the porch for fresh air and entertainment while I am at work. Tonight when I came home, sure enough, they had learned how to use it while I was at work, and now use it like a super highway! Gosh, I have such smart kitties, if I must say so myself. I think it will keep them happy all winter - especially on the sunny, cold days! It was rather easy to install, although a tad expensive. I highly recommend the door.

I installed a cat door in a window so the stray tom in the neighborhood can come and go as he wishes. I thought he would be happy to stay inside at night when it's cold, but he leaves after I go to sleep and comes in while I'm at work. Silly cat!

He really wants to be a whole-house cat, but the 4 dogs don't agree. The spare room is his territory. I'm hoping the three females that run with him will come in the cat door when it gets colder. They sure don't mind when I go on the front porch to put the food out.
