Sticks, logs, and fun in the sun [[pics]]

Well I took a slew of pictures yesterday while out with the dogs. It was a pretty day, I threw a stick for Tasha to fetch for awhile and Tommy did his usual trotting around with his log and then chewing on it. Enjoy

Waiting at the door to go out, I love this picture, look at those eyes!




David was working in the garden. He used copper pipes and chicken wire to make something for the beans and peas to climb.

My attempt at catching a shot of her jumping for sticks that I'm holding. It's a bit tricky to hold a camera and a stick and try to get a shot while making sure my fingers don't accidently get chomped






Then we played fetch with the stick.

I think this one looks so cute. The wind was blowing a bit and he was trotting in the breeze.


I had just brushed both of them and Tommy's tail looks so plumy in the breeze.

The pictures are beautiful as always! Tommy and Tasha are favorites around here! Bella said to tell them that she would LOVE to play twigs and stick with them! They would all wear themselves out for sure! (Gosh your lawn is beautiful! Ours is finally green but we have so many "pee spots." )

Awww...my two favorites. Tommy is adorable, as always. I just love his coloring; it looks like an Irish Setter red. Tasha is beautiful! Great pictures.

I know we used to have bad 'pee spots' in the yard with the collies when I was younger with my mom. I'm not sure if it's because we have a water softener here, or just their diet or what, but don't have that here much. Also with a big yard like this they have more spots to pick to go .

We have an underground well that the sprinkler system uses so we always have nice green looking grass. Even though we desperately need rain here.

It's funny, I can bring toys outside but when they are out, they always are more excited by various logs and sticks and such. I guess new textures and smells and tastes that they don't have inside. I just love watching them enjoy themselves out there
