Katie Is One Year Old....then And Now..and A Whole Bunch More!!

Tons of Pics! I hope you all enjoy them. We had fun doing them.
Katie was 12 weeks old when she came home with us and weighed in at 12 pounds. She is one year old today and weighs in around 77-80 pounds! I'm not for sure how tall she is maybe 24-25 inches at the shoulders. I'll have to check that one.

Katie claimed this blue rug right off the bat. This is where she would eat her treats and rawhides. It got pretty nasty looking so I rolled it up and stored it away so I could take these pics on her birthday to see how much she had grown.

Well, Katie started off the day doing her usual stick routine.





Then we moved inside for some pics with her new bandanas and I guess I should say her first bandanas!

We have tried and tried to teach Katie to leave the treat on her nose but can't seem to get that one down...hehehe....but.....we have managed to put it on her paw and say "Leave It".



OH WHAT TORTURE!

Next we moved out to the front yard to play with her new toys. I don't think Mr. Bunny will last long.

Ahh, she was such a sweet little puppy dog Do they grow up fast or what!! I remember when you first posted about her, can't believe it has been 1 year already. I was anticipating bringing Dale home, when you had just adopted Katie...i remember it well Great before and after pics I love the one with her with the 2 treats on either paw...she looks so sad, like "Mom, why are they on my paws and not in my mouth!!??" Please, can i eat it!!"

Anyway, congrats on finding your little (BIG) sweetheart!! Have many, many more wonderful years together!

I just love Katie!! She went from a sweet, adorable puppy into a sweet, beautiful girl!!

I loved seeing so many pictures of her, we don't see her as much as we'd like to I can't pick a favorite, looks like she had alot of fun!!
