still having computer trouble

I am still not able to use the internet from my home computer. Actually I am able to get on the internet, but not my ISP. That page says "cannot be found". This all happened after I did a virus scan.

Has anyone else had trouble with adware? One time I had 47 or 48 on mine.

I can still use my computer, even though not the internet. I have played more Hearts lately then I ever have.

what kind of modem do you use ???????????or is it dail up?????

the reason i ask is i have a cable modem that goes out quite often i call the cable company and they say the same unplug the device then plug it back in

what ever type it is you need to call your service and raise cain.good luck
