    Sleepy Boy

Last night's bath was an exhausting experience for little Pouncer. He wanted to sit on the shelf above the radiator... well he seemed to have found himself a new spot (now my shelf just looks like a mix of trinkets since I shoved things out of the way to make room for the little guy)

Ahhh, but now I seem to have a favorite keepsake on my shelf! How do they seem to make themselves so completely comfortable in what seems to be the most uncomfortable spaces?

Well, it sure does not look like a comfy spot...but he certainly looks relaxed and purrfectly comfy to me

Isn't that always the way??? We inconvenience ourselves for the sake of the cats.....

Me: I would have built another shelf
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

Hmmm... thats a thought! Its only pine planks from Home Depot, so adding another would be easy! he he he he! My trinkets have grown into a wild assortment and a new shelf might help anyway

PS: The figurine bove him is the coolest witch holding a black cat. My mom gave it to me before Christmas. It matches nothing else I own, but she said when she saw it, she thought of me immediately (a witch... me?)

Next thing you know, he'll be sitting inside that basket - and you can carry him around.

    Pouncer, you're a gorgeous boy!!

    Oh, how sweet!!!
Looks like he's still looking for a warm spot after the horrible bath. But at least he's looking relaxed now!

    Awwwww, such a sleepy sweetie!

My guys like to snooze directly on top of the radiators. You'd think that couldn't possibly be comfortable, but I guess sometimes warm beats soft.
