(OK, now how do I get the pictures here instead of the link to the pic's? You all make it look so easy so how about some easy instructions? Let's just leave this thread for me learning how if it is OK with all of you nice Kitty people.)

Just add an [/IMG] to the end!!

It would look like the following (without the spaces)

Opps, I did post the picture and then saw your request. All you really need to do is add that [/IMG] to the end of the link to the pictures. You really are very close to getting it to work.

Hint. You need square brackets around the IMG bit like this

[IM G] and [/IM G] but without the space between the M and G

Ok, look at it now, I just can't figure out what I am doing that the pic will not show up. I have XP and am using instructions for Internet explorer. Will edit and also add for netscape and see what happens..

Hummmm! that didn't work for sure. Look closely and check it out good. [IMG] are there at beginning and at end on firts attempt, so what next?

Jo, it is there but in the wrong place

Laura, Swap the / and [ at the end so it reads jpg[/IM G] at the end

Ah, I see it now...so, better remove the / from there one space over, on the inside of the [ ], and things will be fine!

On the second picture the picture path reads as follows

Edit your post and delete just the bit in red and it will show

Hit edit button and check you have typed the below into the box hit submit and hopefully you should get your picture....


PS. There is NO space between the first [IM G] and the rest just keep typing but for some reason everything always shifts to the next line.

We were all here at some point. I think it took me two months before I got the hang of it. Typing accurately helps too. Unforturnately, typing is not my strong suit!
