My main man Pouncer woke up from a nap and this is how he sat for a looong time afterwards...

I've never seen a cat sit like this and he seems quite content to do so. He looks more Prairie Dog than Cat. My silly silly little boy!

Aaaawwww Pouncer, you're just too cute!!!
There are these little animals in Africa, who always stand on their hindlegs and watch the open prairie...unfortunately I don't know their name in English (in German they are called "Erdmännchen")...but they reminded me very much of sweet Pouncer!!!

PS, just so happens that my big orange tabby's name sake is a meerkat that was featured in Disney's the Lion King; "Timon". He also had a side kick warthog called Pumba. But my Timon's side kick is Tucker.
PPS, I've seen Tucker sit a stare just like Pouncer and I have asked many times..."What are you thinking, What goes on in that sweet little head of yours?" He often looks so far away!
