Some dogs may cry while defecating ussually because the feces may be very dry or possibly other health problems, but if she continues to cry after even while inside I would get her in for an exam. Hope everything turns out well!

I think you need to make an appt with you vet asap!

And make sure you take a fresh sample of poo, maybe if it's just to hard they can tell you, but if it's something else you need to find out asap!

    Have you checked her poop?

As someone else said, it could be very hard. As well as there could be something that she's been eating that's been poking her bum.

Can dogs have hemroids? If so, that could be another thing.

Taking her to the vet is the only for-sure way.

Neither of my dogs have cried while pooping, nor have I heard of anyone else's.

You need to take her to the vet and have her examined. She could be constipated, or maybe her anal glands needs to be repressed.
